Geothermal

Geothermal energy is the energy stored in the form of heat beneath the solid surface of the earth.

The temperature of the subsoil at depths from 2 to 100 m is approximately constant throughout the year and is around 14 to 18 degrees Celsius for Greece. The operation of the temperature difference between surface and subsurface can be done using geothermal heat pumps and piping network within the subsoil that are either in landscape and low depth, or exploiting an upright drilling is for this reason, so to heat spaces in winter and summer psyxoume. Geothermal energy is available all year round and is not dependent on weather conditions of the atmosphere. It is inexhaustible, clean and free of charge.

A geothermal heat pump consumes typically around 25-30% of energy delivered, thus significantly contributing to energy savings. Geothermal heat pumps can also be used in hybrid systems, together with solar thermal systems.

Our company provides complete solutions for heating, cooling and hot water using geothermal heat pumps, taking the design and construction. Our experience from the studies and the facilities we construct the geothermal field guarantees an excellent technical installation and proper, efficient, economical operation thereof.
